Those have been deemed illegal. They are called poll taxes and un-constitutional. I believe it was tried in Montana and defeated. I can other hand see a bigger net that would be legal and evil at the same time. 1) HHS coukd write ACA regulations that would require young men to shoulder more of single mother’s health (or just women in general) and child care. 2) After American men turn to more out-sourced destinations for brides a law would be passed restricting american men to marry only american women. This has been done in other countries. 3) Restrictions on state / federal hiring to married men only. Or any woman. With automation coming to courthouses near you this might happen sooner rather than later. 4) Further tax credits for single mothers or working women passed as a jobs or health care issues. All currently legal and at there disposal. There are more ways to hurt men if they continue to rule over us in increasing numbers. In England right now there is a law up for consideration that would make looking at your wife incorrectly abuse. The punishment is jail time. The definitions of abuse are, of course, one sided.
